The natural stone house is built into the rock on a small rise above the Cala Deiá cove, with the villa possessing an extremely individual charm as a result. The terrace located on the ground floor opens up the fantastic outward view – a place that you will keep finding yourself coming back to during your stay. Share a meal with your fellow guests at the dining table located directly beneath the Mediterranean sky, or relax on the provided loungers which are perfect for an indulgent sunbathing session. A fantastic task of an evening is lighting up the barbecue, cooking a few gourmet delicacies, and then savouring them in the majestic and idyllic atmosphere. A side note: when hiring a car, we would suggest one on the smaller side as the access road to this property becomes somewhat narrow as you approach the villa.
The inside of the villa impresses with its extremely harmonious interior design: the colours and shapes have been carefully selected so as to create a delicate balance and an absolutely consistent, homely charm. The pleasant, bright tones of the walls, the attractive terracotta tiles, exposed-beam ceilings, and frequent use of wooden features make for a noticeable yet pleasant overall impression when you enter the house. The centrepiece of this holiday retreat is the brightly lit living room from which you can also enjoy a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The room also offers a cosy settee corner with satellite television, so you can watch an entertaining film from an ultra-comfortable position. On cool evenings the fireplace spreads an additional degree of homely comfort. Moreover, wireless Internet is provided so that you can easily stay in contact with your loved ones at home and share daily updates from your holiday. The round dining table is the perfect place for shared indoor meals. This area is in the upper part of the house and combined with an additional guest's toilet and a kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and filter coffee machine. The two double bedrooms, each with two single beds, are downstairs and offer a refuge with consistently pleasantly temperature for deeply restful nights. There is also a bathroom located downstairs. The aforementioned sun terrace is found directly in front of the house on this level as well. This villa is ideal for a family holiday where the focus is on having proximity to the beach, as there is a small, quiet, partly sealed track leading from the house down to the swimming cove.
A small hiking trail leads from the beach through picturesque, natural vegetation to the artist town Deiá, passing truly beautiful olive groves. This is of course also accessible via car thanks to a small mountain road, taking you there in less than five minutes, where you can then take care of your daily shopping and find a few extremely good restaurants. There is a small, highly recommended restaurant directly by the beach where you simply must try the fresh, grilled fish one evening. Valldemossa (13 km) was once voted Spain's most beautiful village and is definitely worth a visit. Close to Valldemossa you will find another gorgeous beach lined with bars and restaurants.
