North Centrally located and prime spot for shopping, dining and taking in the S.A. breathtaking sunsets. Minutes away from the Alamo Quarry, The Historic Pearl and downtown.
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool is open all year long but it is not heated
• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with Pool & BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.

The home has one master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms. Washer & Dryer, Cables & Wifi. The details could go on and on but this home is truly a one of a kind! You will be swept away on vacation when walking into this home.
