The space:
As with all of our homes, this apartment has been fully and thoroughly renovated by HOLT. This spacious and cozy apartment can host up to 9 guests comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms. Air conditioning, Smart TVs in every room with countless entertainment options, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.
Our property is located in Peninsula Golf, a quiet building complex within Golf Course El Tigre, just a short ride to the beach. As a HOLT guest, you will have full access to the additional amenities in the building, including 24-hour security, secured parking, shared pool access, a lounge bar, and gym facilities.

• The second bedroom has custom 2 bunk beds — 1 queen bed and 3 single beds
• The third bedroom features a double bed
• Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!
The Bathrooms include:
• Modern shower heads with great pressure and water temperature, for an all-encompassing clean.
• One full bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom. The second full bathroom is accessible by living room
• The master bathroom features am oversized and elegant bathtub with spa features
• Blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and a full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!
The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Golf Club itself is renowned, consistently ranked among the best in México. Our apartment is situated within the exclusive "Golf Course El Tigre" in the Peninsula Golf complex, a perfect combination of luxury and nature. Enjoy well-maintained common areas, convenient facilities and 24-hour security for a peaceful and quiet trip.
Getting Around:
The apartment has a secured parking spot in the garage of the building, making transportation easy. There are additional parking spots for additional cars, but please note that those are first-come-first-serve. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
Other details to note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
