>>The Home:
This home was built in 1997, situated on an acre of land in Black Hawk, CO, just beyond the picturesque Golden Gate Canyon State Park. A quick mountain drive of approximately 20 minutes will take you to the vibrant town of Black Hawk for dining and casino entertainment. While, Rollinsville is a 20-minute drive or just 30-minutes to Eldora.
>Living Room: The living room space boasts a spacious and comfortable sofa, a lounge chair, 65" Smart TV, and ample natural lighting from the skylights, creating a room that caters to everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
>Kitchen: The kitchen presents all essential appliances, a complimentary coffee and tea bar, dinnerware, wine glasses, and a captivating view of the great outdoors.
>Beds/Baths: This property offers three private bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, while the third is furnished with a queen-sized bed. You'll find two bathrooms stocked with fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and complimentary soaps. Additionally, on site washer/dryer which comes fully equipped with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Amenities include a secluded deck, stamped concrete patio, picturesque rock landscape, firepit and gas BBQ grill. The residential vegetation on the property includes aspen, heavily wooded areas, a mix of different trees, natural landscapes, partially wooded areas, and pine trees.

Our community offers an array of amenities for your entertainment, including a playground, basketball court, baseball field, and covered picnic tables. Additionally, take advantage of exclusive access to private lakes for fishing ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable experience. (Guest passes are provided)
>Gilpin County Community Center:
The Community Center provides both residents and non-residents the opportunity to enjoy various amenities, including a gym, heated pool, pickleball, and more, at affordable drop-in pass rates, ranging from 0-$6.
>Golden Gate Canyon State Park:
Golden Gate Canyon State Park is a Colorado State Park located in Gilpin and Jefferson counties northwest of Golden, Colorado. The 12,119-acre Front Range park established in 1960 has 42 miles of hiking trails. Horse and bicycle travel is allowed on 27 miles.

Black Hawk is the largest gambling town you will find in Colorado and is home to 18 casinos, some operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Founded in 1932, Central City Opera is the fifth oldest professional opera company in the country and is renowned for exquisite world-class productions, a robust young artist training program, creative education activities and community engagement.

>Carousel of Happiness:
This attraction is Colorado's enchanting menagerie showcasing 56 whimsically hand-carved animals on a meticulously restored 1910 Looff carousel. Delight in the carousel's graceful turns to the tunes of a 1913 Wurlitzer band organ. Rides are now priced at $3 each or 10 for $25. Amidst the magic, tiny fairies flit about while upstairs awaits an observation window, a cozy party room, and a DIY Puppet Theater housed within a restored antique band organ façade. And there is a gift shop!

There are certain experiences like the Geothermal Caves and Club Mud that have age requirements, however the mineral pool and private baths are excellent options for visitors of all ages.
>Clear Creek Rafting Co:
Clear Creek Rafting Company offers daily Colorado raft trips on Clear Creek from mid-May through the 2nd or 3rd week in August depending on water conditions and through Labor Day on the Arkansas River. In addition to the more adventurous sections, they offer trips perfect for beginners and families with young children.

Welcome Book). T-Mobile/AT&T/Sprint have good service, but Verizon is challenging. Please connect to Wi-Fi, then activate Wi-Fi Calling in Setting to use Wi-Fi for cellular service.
>Parking: Ample parking is available for four vehicles in the large driveway.
>Winter Months: AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended during the winter due to the mountain location.
>Septic System: The property operates with a septic system; please only flush natural waste and provided toilet paper.
>Security Cameras: For safety, outdoor security cameras are in place near the front door and back entrance. Tampering with or disconnecting cameras, utilities, or internet violates house rules and may lead to stay cancellation without refund.
