A cosy and beautiful 3 bed Holiday Home located at Harts Holiday Park in the popular seaside town of Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. Harts Holiday Park offers fantastic leisure facilities for holidaymakers, which include -

Just outside the Holiday Park, you can choose from a number of water sports available in Leysdown-on-Sea or relax on one of the many gorgeous beaches. The main popular beaches are as follows -

- Sheerness Beach
Furthermore, you couldn’t pick a better location than this one if you are planning to visit Kent attractions such as Leeds Castle, Rochester (castle & cathedral), the historic Chatham Dockyard, Howlett’s Zoo, and the Hop Farm, as all of these tourist attractions are within a short driving distance, which makes the holiday home a perfect location of choice for holidaymakers as well as for those who are looking for family staycations.
Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with a wardrobe and twin single beds in two separate bedrooms. Well-equipped galley kitchen leading to an open plan lounge with sofa bed, dining area, smart television and free Wi-Fi provided.

Outside
The outside location is a fun-filled seaside holiday environment, offering a place for everyone to enjoy. Besides many amenities and facilities available within the Holiday Park complex, Leysdown town has many local bars, restaurants, and more eateries that are within a 5-minute walk from the holiday park. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire holiday home as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request extra cleaning during your stay.
Other things to note
Parking
The property has a parking facility for one large car or van outside the holiday home. There are other free car parking spaces available within the Harts Holiday Park site on a first come - first park basis.
Check-In / Check Out
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & Highchair
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair request cannot be met at this moment.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
