Please note that the owners live below this attic apartment. Expect occasional sounds, but rest assured that your privacy is respected. Please be considerate of your noise levels and keep quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. The owners on site have dogs, so you likely will encounter two furry friends.
This apartment has a mini-split ductless AC and heating system.
We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
