Guest Access
We love our guests and we want you to have an amazing stay. Please feel free to explore and enjoy the great outdoors. We are thrilled to show you inside the barn, however we ask that the inside the barn remain off limits without staff or owners present.

Other things to note
Even though you will feel like you've stepped back in time, you have ALL conveniences of town. To include Uber, Uber Eats, Door Dash & Instacart.
The Bunkhouse is attached to the barn. You are free to roam the property, hike, fish - catch and release but don't enter the paddocks with the horses. If you're bringing a horse you we will provide you with a waiver upon arrival.
1.) No shoes inside the home.
2.) No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
3. )No parties or events.
4.) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
5.) Quiet time after 11 p.m.
6.) No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
7.) Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
8.) Keep a close eye on your children while being on the balcony, around the horses, the pond while fishing or hiking (the pond is located in the middle of the entire property).
9.) Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics anytime you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Please keep temp between 70-72 degrees in the summer and 68-70 degrees in the winter.
10.) Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
11.) Please note Guest are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. This includes but not limited to; Wash and put away any dishes, place dirty laundry in the shower and throw out the garbage before checkout.
12.). Any excessive cleaning required beyond our standard cleaning procedures will be charged to the guest. Any damage to the property may result in repair fees, which will be charged to the guest.
