This open concept home invites you to come enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. Watch the sunset while laying in the four person hot tub outside (conditions apply).
Watch Netflix, YouTube, bring your own PlayStation games /movies or use from our extensive library on a 150 inch gigantic screen with surround sound. Watch Super Bowl like you have never seen it before. Make it one vacation or family retreat that you will never forget!
Play badminton or volleyball outdoor while the kids enjoy the playhouse in the beautiful yard. Indoor you will find a lot of board games, foosball and poker set to have perfect evening. There is no limit of the possibilities for fun, both outdoor and indoor.

Hot tub use requires agreement on following spa policy
1. At no point there will be more than 4 guests in the tub. Failing to do so cut off guest access to the hot tub and they will be responsible for any damage caused.
2. If anything is spilled or left inside the tub then we will charge $200 for cleaning
3. Cover of the tub will be put back on after each use. Failure to do so and leaving the tub without cover will lead to $100 in fine.
4. No children under 10 is allowed to be inside the hot tub due to high water temperature.
5. Take a shower before and after getting into the hot tub.
6. We make best effort to keep the hot tub clean and functional but there could be instances where it might not meet your expectations due to weather or other reasons beyond our control. We cannot take responsibility in such cases.
Grill usage requires agreement on following policy
1. Grilling station needs to be kept clean at all the time and cover needs to be put on after use once the grill has cooled down. Guest will be charged $100 cover was not put on the grill at the time they left.
2. No food items can be left outside
3. Make sure to turn off the propane tank valve after each use
4. If using the power to light up the grill, then disconnect the wire and shut the window once grill is used.
5. If the propane tank is empty and renter wants to use the range then they will need to get it exchanged for a filled one on their own expense.
