Welcome to this fantastic chalet for 6 people, located just 200 metres away from the beach in Playas de muro.
If you wish to spend a warm vacation near the sea, this is the perfect home. Just about 200 metres lead to one of the most wonderful beaches in the island, with its turquoise waters. Every morning, you can have a delicious breakfast under the porch and then head to swim among the soft surf. You can choose between the white sand or home, on any of the three sun loungers on the grass, to sunbathe. In the evening, you maybe feel like a barbecue or going out to a good restaurant in the area.
From the porch yous access a relaxing and large living-dining room with air-conditioning, which invites to rest on one of the two sofas or on the armchair to read or watch satellite TV. The kitchen, with a gas stove, offers room enough for meals all together or simply take an appetiser before going to the dining table to have lunch. Since this is a two-storey house, every floor has its own bathroom, downstairs with a bathtub and upstairs with a shower. And, in order to rest, there are three bedrooms featuring a double bed and a closet each. Two of them are on the main floor and the last is on the top floor, where we can also prepare a cot and a high chair in case you need them.
Playa de Muro is a quiet coastal area although, since its is near Port de Alcudia, its is very lively in the summer season. This is great because the streets are full of people and there is never ending entertainment like, for example, practising water sports or tasting a delicious paella in a restaurant by the sea. If you feel like somewhere quieter, although still lively, Can Picafort is very near. You can make excursions through the Albufera or play golf in Alcanada, about 9 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
