The Space:
Welcome to 7 The Sidings, a brand-new family-friendly home located on the quiet outskirts of Brixham. There’s plenty of space for five guests to spread out and relax, plus you can bring along your furry-friends too. A spacious, well-maintained garden is the perfect spot for sunny afternoons - that’s if you can pull yourself away from the beaches. Or when the weather turns, hunker down in your cosy living room for a film night on the Smart TV.
The house has been finished to a high standard throughout, with an abundance of stylish décor and quality fittings. A contemporary kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious holiday feasts, including a slow cooker, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. Meanwhile next door, the open-plan living and dining room is a cosy yet sociable space to hang out.
Up on the first floor, you’ll find three comfortable and homely bedrooms. The double master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, whilst next door is an additional double room and a twin room. And if that’s not enough, you’re closeby to Paington, Torbay and Dartmouth too.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house opposite the Churston Golf course. Buses for the main route 12 come every 15 minutes and go from Brixham to Newton Abbott, stopping at Paignton and Torquay.
The Brixham park and ride is 5 minutes walk from the house.
Guests are advised to use the underpass just over the Steam Train Railway bridge to cross the main road.
