This exquisite 1BR Condo Suite offers an unparalleled experience, combining clean and accommodating living space vibe, contemporary amenities, neighborhood local stores, eateries, and one block away from the glistening ocean.
The Condo suite has 1 bedroom equipped with a king-size bed good for two people to sleep comfortably, with Air-conditioner, a flat-screen TV and a spacious closet. We have one long sofa to sleep one person. A private bathroom with free toiletries Full kitchen and a dining table for three. A cozy living room for coffee drink, reading books and indoor relaxation.

Small kitchen great for meal preparations is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, electric kettle, microwave for heating food, cooking wares and dining wares.
This particular unit features a small balcony offering delightful views of both the street and the mountain, making it an ideal spot for tranquil outdoor relaxation during the morning or afternoon.
Other amenities such as indoor slippers, first-aid kit, hairdryer, and iron are also included in the room.
This apartment suite can host 3 guests comfortably.
Guest Access:
Once arrived at the property, Use your code provided to open the smart lock door to access the building. Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor and look for the unit indicated on your reservation. To access the unit, use the code provided to you to get the key from the lock box.
The suite is private and will not be shared with other guests.
The property is just beside the local pharmacists, salon and spa and local eateries.

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
** Attention to all guests with children: The stair railings are not yet safe for children. We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your child, particularly when they are in the vicinity of the stairs or using them.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbors during their stay
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Kindly be aware that the Apartment does not have wheelchair accessibility and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. Please note that the space requires climbing stairs to access.

1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 400 MXN Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 400 MXN will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
250 MXN will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
