Location: There are 3 units on this property. Unit C is at the back.
Parking: You can park in the driveway in the backyard (first come first serve) or on the street. Please limit to 1 vehicle in the backyard only.
Backyard: The backyard is for parking purposes.
Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
Laundry: Shared washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
Noise potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
