Located in the coveted Forest Hills neighborhood, this fully remodeled 4-bedroom + den, 3.5-bathroom premium home is walking distance to and from numerous trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing, including the gorgeous Flume trails that act as connectors to the entire Breckenridge trail system. The ski slopes you see from your windows are a short 5-minute drive away, and it’s the same distance to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street.
The main living area features comfy furniture, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to watch the game (or ski report) while you soak in the stellar mountain views. Just off the living area is the porch with a gas barbeque grill, patio furniture, and private hot tub that’s perfect for enjoying the starry Breckenridge nights after a long day of romping around the mountains.
The dining area is just off the living room with plenty of room for everyone at the large farm-style table and additional seating at the counter. The attached kitchen features high-end granite counters, a gas range, stainless-steel appliances and everything else you’ll need to create a culinary masterpiece for your group.
The downstairs is similar to an apartment with a living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. It’s perfect for the people in your group who require a little more privacy.
