The Space:
Nestled within the unique Marbella Condominium complex, this condo is a blend of modernity and rustic charm. The unit has been recently updated and features lovely decor, beautiful wood furnishings, thoughtful extras, and a tranquil vibe perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The property and condo area are family-friendly, with a shallow pool in the communal area and available extras for rent, such as a travel crib and high chair.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is a dream come true. It's equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils and more. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. There’s plenty of seating for sit-down meals at the dining table or breakfast bar.
You'll find two bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom houses a comfortable king bed and direct access to the balcony, while the second offers two double beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The apartment also ensures you stay connected and entertained with high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV in the master bedroom. And for those days when you just want to relax, the condominium offers two swimming pools – one for the little ones and another for adults. With 24-hour security and private parking, you can rest easy knowing you're in a safe and secure environment.
Guest Access:
You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium wearing the bracelets provided inside the apartment. Each lost bracelet has a cost of $2000 MXN, upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.
The Neighborhood:
We're right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's hotel zone, which is also a hub for the local community. Here, you'll find places where both tourists and locals hang out, making you feel right at home. When you're in the condo, it feels like you're surrounded by nature, almost like being in the jungle. Around us, there's a mix of fancy restaurants and places serving traditional food. You can also find a food truck park, two shopping centers (one with a supermarket), pizza joints, a spa, pharmacies, and nightclubs, all within walking distance. To get to the public beach, it's just a 10-minute walk (about 3 blocks away; if you walk along the beach, it's even closer when you pass the Fiesta Americana Hotel).
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, and the bus station and downtown are about 10 minutes away by car.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is some roadwork going on. There is still access to the property, just follow the traffic signs.
Please note there is construction going you may hear noise from Monday to Friday between 10 am - 2 pm and. 4pm- 6pm and Saturdays 10am -2pm until December 14th.
In the condominium complex, there is a laundry service where you can leave your clothes in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon at a very accessible washing price.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure, losing or not returning the bracelets will have a penalty of $2000 MXN for each one.
