☀ Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory fee, please reach out to Triad Vacation Rentals immediately
☀ Leave unattended pets in a secure crate
☀ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, inside and outside the property. A pet relief station is provided behind the white block building. Please use the garbage bags and garbage can provided for the pet
☀ For the safety of all guests, pets must be leashed at all times when outside
☀ Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds
☀ Please do not enter the secured basement access door located by the large mirror in the living room
☀ Eating and drinking in the bedrooms are not permitted
☀ Use designated black face towels to remove makeup
☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings
☀ Only registered guests are allowed on the premises
☀ Please respect the noise level of the neighbours, especially during nighttime hours

☀ The property owner/management accepts no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while on the premises, including those related to the pond, creek, fire pit, picnic area, or any other amenities

☀ No swimming allowed for your safety. The pond is not designated for swimming activities
☀ The pedal boat is off limits to the guests for safety reasons. Please do not use it
☀ Respect the natural environment around the pond. Avoid littering and maintain cleanliness around the pond
☀ For your safety and the preservation of the pond, we kindly request that you refrain from approaching the White PVC pipe on the south side of the pond. This pipe serves as an overflow drain, and any damage to it may result in the pond being emptied
☆☆FIRE PIT & PICNIC AREA RULES ☆☆
☀ Fires in the fire pit must never be left unattended and should be fully extinguished before leaving the area or retiring for the night
☀ Exercise caution while using the fire pit and keep a bucket of water or sand nearby for safety
☀ The fire pit is for recreational use only; no bonfires or excessive flames are allowed
☀ Children should be closely supervised around the fire pit and picnic area
☀ If the fire pit is equipped for cooking, use it only for grilling purposes and never leave cooking unattended
☀ Burning trash, leaves, or materials producing excessive smoke or toxic fumes is prohibited
☀ Maintain the cleanliness of the picnic area and fire pit by removing debris, food scraps, and trash after use
☀ Refrain from using the fire pit during windy conditions or high fire risk
☀ The barn and white block buildings are off-limits to guests for safety reasons
☀ Please be mindful of the surrounding quiet neighborhood and avoid excessive noise or loud music outside
