Villa Toscana is a magical and relaxing property that provides security and tranquility, situated in an ecologically clean, non-developed area, among natural forest and 30 km of virgin beaches with golden sand and crystal clear water. It is the perfect place to live, only 10 min away from the center of Bulgaria’s sea capital - Varna. Villa Toscana is located 25km away from Varna's airport.
A house with an area of 282 sq.m located in the best, eastern part of village Priseltsi, in the vicinity of the forest. The capacity of Villa Toscana is up to 14+2 people.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms/toilets, and a living room, on the ground floor - a kitchen/dining room with access to the space around the 9m pool with a depth of 1.20m and 0.8m at both ends.
The building is equipped with air conditioning, HD TV, WiFi (which also covers the park), and excellent cellular service.
The park contains ornamental plant species. Surrounding the pool is an organized area for sunbathing. Afforestation of the park was conducted in such a way that part is well sunlit. In the vicinity, you can relax or eat in the shade of the birches, and at night, in candlelight and the magical glow of the lighted water of the swimming pool.
- The guarantee deposit is €500.
- €150 surcharge cleaning at departure.
The guarantee deposit is paid in cash upon arrival and is later returned upon departure.
The services we provide around the house:
- Daily maintenance of the park (grass and plants) of the house;
- Daily maintenance, cleaning the pool treatment with the highest quality products to maintain water parameters.
You should not be concerned, since the house is huge and offers 5 bedrooms, 3 of which accommodate 2 persons and 2 of which accommodate 4 persons. We have extra beds, a baby crib, and a children's high chair, which if needed can be delivered and arranged in the rooms according to the needs and desires of the guests.
Villa Toscana is leased with two vehicles Chrysler Voyager 7 seats.
The prices of rent-a-car feature a special discount - €35 per day, which includes liability insurance, vignette, car tax, and insurance.
The cars are thoroughly cleaned, with a full fuel tank and all necessary documents, including the rental contract. They are returned in the same manner. If the fuel tank is not full and/or the car is not thoroughly cleaned, these services are paid for.
Secure an additional 3% discount by booking right now and paying the 50% reservation deposit.
Please send us a scanned copy of your ID card or passport as well as your driver's license. After that, we will prepare and send you the signed contract for the rent of villa Toscana and 2 cars. The contract will have instructions for the bank transfer of the reservation deposit. Right after the reservation deposit transfer, we will confirm your reservation.
