Guests are accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor and the fourth on the first floor. Three bedrooms have double beds and one has 2 single beds. In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, two bedrooms have a terrace. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with corner sofa, ideal for watching your favorite movies or series. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table that seats 8. Of course, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and a bar with 4 bar stools. The villa also has a Dolby surround system, Bluetooth, Smart Home and Netflix. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself in the heated pool of 45 m² and 1.4 m deep. The pool is filled with salt water and next to it there are 8 sunbeds for sunbathing. Prepare delicious meals for family and friends on the outdoor gas grill and taste them at the covered outdoor dining table.
