It's fully equipped with all amenities you could possibly need for a perfect holiday.
You will have both floors with 80 m2 each, 1000 m2 of garden and outside kitchen with fireplace, used exclusively by you.
It's also secluded from other houses in the village, so you will have peace and privacy staying here.
For full temperature control, there are two air-condition units and temperature control for the pool.
Each floor has its own living room with LED TV, sofa sleeping one person and bathroom with shower.
Ground floor has two bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed, and on the first floor is third bedroom with cozy double bed.
Kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
First floor also has a kitchenette for making meals.
Villa is fenced and has parking spots in the yard.
Clean linen, towels, hair dryers and high-speed Wi-Fi are also included.
Baby cot and high chair can also be arranged, please contact in advance.

Umljanovic is a village in the Sibensko-kninska county of Croatia.
It has a rich history dating back to the Bronze Age, when it was the site of a Delmatian fortress and later a Roman municipal center.
Today, it is a peaceful and scenic place, surrounded by nature and close to the Krka National Park and local center, town Drnis.
You can visit the archaeological site of Municipium Magnum, where you can see the remains of ancient buildings, temples, and baths.
You can also enjoy the panoramic views of the Petrovo Polje valley and the Dinara mountain range.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but you can smoke outside on the patio.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.
We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.
