The Space:
Drive up to this beautiful architectural home and step through custom iron doors into a bright foyer leading to the main living room, kitchen, and dining area. Expansive windows showcase sweeping views of downtown San Diego, the harbor, and ocean from all front-facing rooms.
On the first floor, you’ll find a second living area designed as a game/TV room with a sleeper sofa and blackout curtains for privacy. Adjacent is a beautifully decorated bedroom with its own full en suite bathroom.
Upstairs, the bunk room offers a fun spot for kids (but is spacious enough for adults), while another bedroom enjoys sweeping views. A coffee/wet bar leads to the spacious master suite featuring a double-sink bathroom, makeup vanity, walk-in closet, and private lanai — perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking in the views.
The backyard is the highlight: a beautifully landscaped oasis with multiple lounging areas, a large pool, brand-new above-ground spa, BBQ with bar seating, and space for lawn games. Designed for both relaxation and fun, it’s a place you may never want to leave.
