Relax in the comfortable sofas and delight in the warmth of the log burning stove or relax in front of a good film on the wall mounted smart TV with Bluetooth sound system. The owners have thoughfully created a lovely panelled dining area within the sitting room that utilises the space to the full and one where you linger over dinner with friends and family. For those with dogs the owners have not forgotten you, and have created an innovative and snug, built in dog bed under the stairs which will be a welcome retreat for your four legged friend when returning from those long walks. The kitchen is well appointed with quality fitted units with granite worktops and quality appliances including electric hob and oven, dishwasher and washer/drier. Climbing the stairs to the first floor the cottage is presented with a choice of two bedrooms both with views over the surrounding countryside; the master bedroom offers a welcoming kingsize bed and the pretty second bedroom can be made up as either a king size or twin bedded room (please specify when booking). The family bathroom is fitted to a very high standard and features a large free standing bath ideal for relaxing in after days spent exploring the Lakes. To the rear of the cottages there is an enclosed courtyard patio with bistro table and chairs making it the ideal spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a summers evening whilst enjoying the views across the neighbouring fields. A private parking space is available for one car.
