Located in Porto Hydra Village, a secured gated community built around a canal network, with private villas settled along a vast sandy beach of the Saronic Gulf in the surroundings of Ermioni (Peloponnese), this renovated villa consists of two independent apartments with separate access, and is characterized by a 5,5 x 3,5 meters swimming pool (open from late April to late November), two beautiful shaded balconies (one with partial sea view, one with canal and swimming pool view) and one shaded terrace next to the swimming pool.
Inside, in the upper floor apartment there is a large living room with an open kitchen, two balconies with dining area, a small office area and two single sofa beds, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, and seaview, one with bunk beds and canalview), as well as two bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals, plus a washing machine.
An external staircase leads down to the ground floor, where there is a large living room with an open kitchen, a shaded terrace with a dining area, two sofas, a TV, and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, and seaview, one with bunk beds and canalview), as well as one bathroom with shower, plus a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer, oven, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
Outside, you find a gated garden along the canal, a barbecue and a beautiful terrace, partly shaded, and a brand new swimming pool, with views onto the canal, the neighboring villas and the green hills in the countryside. As with all our villas, this private swimming pool is inspected at regular intervals by a specialized company to ensure the right level of chlorine.
At the front of the villa, a small path leads you to a private gray sand beach, only 45 meters away, with a 180° unlimited view of the deep blue Sea of the Saronic Gulf, Hydra Island and other inhabited islands.
Several restaurants are 2 to 3 kilometers away. In Ermioni (less than 10 km away) there are many restaurants, supermarkets, weekly fresh markets on Thursdays, ferries to and from Athens and nearby islands, and boat rental services with or without a skipper. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car. A wide sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €300 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
