Water toys such as paddle boards, kayaks, and a water mat are available for guest use, as well as a fully-stocked laundry room and fitness nook. Nearby hiking, Multi-use trails and a quiet road create additional opportunities for outdoor recreation. Enjoy the nearby winery trails and culinary options of Suttons Bay and Traverse City. You’ll never want to leave!

We cannot offer early check-ins due to our cleaning crew’s schedule. If you arrive in town early on the day of check-in, you’ll find the quaint town of Suttons Bay just a few minutes away!

Turning on/off TVs:
Each remote is labeled.
Cable/Streaming: You may enjoy streaming from your personal accounts on any of our smart TVs. Don’t forget to log out prior to checkout!
Laundry:
Our washer + dryer are available for use and you’ll find the basic necessities available.
Beach Towels + Beach Toys:
We have a stock of fresh beach towels ready for you, and beach toys in the basement.
Games:
Please enjoy our collection of board games. You’ll find these in the basement living room.
Pack-n-Play: Located in the basement, in the blue room closet.
Kitchen:
You’ll find all the essentials available for your use including utensils, dinnerware, cookware, serving dishes and more. We’ve also provided basic spices and cooking spray/oil. We have a Keurig K Cup coffee maker with pods available for you.
Grills:
You may use our grills at your leisure. You will need to turn the propane on before starting the grill, and remember to turn the propane completely OFF when you are done.
First Aid Kit:
A first aid kit is located in the entry hall closet.
Fire Extinguisher:
Located under the kitchen sink.
Carbon Monoxide/Fire Detectors:
Please do not tamper with our Carbon Monoxide and Fire Detectors.
Trash:
Renters must take down trash in trash bags to the receptacles by the road. If trash is not taken out upon check-out a trash handling fee will be added to your final bill.
Our Trash service comes on Monday mornings between 9-10 am. Please ensure our trash receptacle is rolled down the driveway and positioned near the mailbox before this time.
Unregistered Guests: Guests must book the appropriate party size. Allowing unregistered guests to stay overnight will result in additional fees per unregistered guest. The max amount of overnight guests in this rental is 10, including infants and small children. If unregistered guests are admitted for overnight stay, you will be billed an unregistered guest fee as determined by homeowner, and per unregistered guest.
Plumbing:
Our home has sensitive plumbing. You MUST hold down to flush at least 10 seconds every time, for EACH toilet. Please let all guests know to do this.
Boats:
Boats are private property and may not be tampered with under any conditions.
Parking:
Please park in driveway areas only. Our front lawn, when wet, is not safe for parking vehicles. We have a lawn maintenance team that keeps our lawn looking great. Damage to lawn from parked cars will result in an additional repair fee, contingent on the level of damage.
Dock:
Feel free to enjoy our dock. It can get slippery when wet. Young children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m.
Please bring your party inside and respect the 11:00pm quiet time.
Smoking: Absolutely NO smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes and vaping, this includes porch and covered patio areas.
Illegal Substances: Absolutely NO illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Pets: We are a pet-free rental.
Shoes: Remove all shoes when entering our home.
Furniture: Please refrain from re-arranging furniture. If you must move furniture please return to its original position prior to check-out.
Garage: Our garage and marine vessels are off-limits to renters.
Please respect our home and belongings. Damage to any of our belongings or home will result in additional fees.
