Only outside smoking is permitted. Indoor smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be an additional fee of $100 for fumigating the home if smoke odors are detected after check-out. 5. Pets are permitted with the host's approval. Pets should be kenneled when unattended. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply. 6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances. 7. In the event that accidents occur, please let us know before departing if the property has been damaged.8. The Host is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest during their stay or left in the property following the end of the reservation or its cancellation. While we strive to ensure the security and safety of all guests and their possessions, guests are solely responsible for their own belongings and are advised to secure their valuables. Should any items be forgotten upon departure, the Guest must notify the Host promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return such items at the Guest's expense.
