Welcome to your home away from home! Our cozy retreat offers a peaceful master bedroom equipped with a comfortable king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In the common area, relax and unwind with our Smart TVs, or gather around the dining table for a meal or a game. Our kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with all appliances, a coffee maker, and cooking utensils for your culinary adventures.
We've thought of everything to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. Stay comfortable regardless of the weather with our central A/C. We provide all linens and towels.

Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $150.

HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-11 AM
RESERVATION POLICIES:
1 - Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours (4 PM-11 AM).
2 - Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $300 and registration form are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately to the host.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be made after 10 AM as per the platform's policies.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you want to coordinate any amenities, please make sure to inform the host 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM).
12 - Extra cleanings, if applicable, should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.
13 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY:

14 - REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both links accurately (Deposit and registration); failing to do so will result in the termination of your reservation with no possibility to refunds.
15 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.
