Experience your holiday in picturesque Roslagen. In the northern part of Stockholm's archipelago you find our newly built exclusive villa with a panoramic view over Gräddö Bay. At our own jetty are also the floating sauna together with a row boat, kayak and canoe. Fishing and bathing from own jetty or from sandy beach just 100 meters away. Gräddö is a bustling summer village with it's cafées and guest harbour. Nearby city is Norrtälje with a beautiful restaurant area down in the harbour.
The villa has an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining table together with a lovely sitting area in front of the fireplace and with a fantastic view over the bay. Great accommodation for up to 8 people. In the new Villa Gräddö is two single beds together with a bed sofa for two. Shower with wc and a wet room with extra wc. Large outdoor terraces in the north and south.
In detached Yellow cottages there are two rooms, each with two beds and shower and wc.
Large outdoor south bound terrace with barbecue and lounge area together with dining table for eight. On the north side you find the jetty just a hundred meters away for a morning swim. There ate also the rowing boat, canoe and the floating sauna. On Sjöstugan's veranda you can sit comfortably at sunset. Sailboat (IF) and our large sauna raft 30% rental discount.
The entire new Villa Gräddö is yours during your stay. The two independent cottage bedrooms are directly connected.
We are normally nearby and can help with most things. For example, driving out to an archipelago restaurant with our motorboat or instruction when renting a sailboat.
Gräddö is a nice archipelago village with several summer restaurants and a grocery store. In Gräddöviken there is a kayak rental, marina, guest harbor, sea tavern and harbor café. Rådmansö bakery, the best bread in Roslagen, can be found on the road towards the cozy small town of Norrtälje. Riddersholm Nature Park is within cycling distance.
Gräddö is well located for simple boat adventures in the nearby archipelago and adventurous kayak trips out into the outer archipelago.
There are lovely cycle paths all around Rådmansö. For example, Riddersholm's nature park and sandy beach, Räfsnäs harbor cafe and Björkö Örn's sandy beach and campsite.
You can quickly get to Norrtälje, a cozy small town by the water, or to Stockholm via the E18, which is only a couple of kilometers away.
