Plus the additional reading area in the living room allows plenty space for everyone to do what they love at the same time. But, honestly, you'll spend most of your time outside by the pool. The perfect relaxation setting, serene, scenic and the perfect heated pool - with loungers, seating and outdoor grill and dining. This house is the full package! And its close to the beach - come experience the magic of the Atlantic Ocean.
The beautiful front door inviting you in to relax. The open concept lounge and living/dining area allows enough space for everyone to chill where they please, giving a real spacious home feel. This vibrant vacation home offers a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa and plenty of natural light. The 65” smart TV extends, allowing you to position it in any direction for your viewing pleasure. What a truly cinematic experience!
For many, vacations are a time to try something new. Why not release your inner chef and attempt a new recipe in our clean and modern kitchen. The stovetop, oven and fridge are there to help you along the ride, and the dishwasher will clean it all up, pretending it never happened!
Doing chores on vacation may seem like a bore but sometimes you just gotta do it. So we have a stocked, spacious laundry room containing a washing machine and dryer. Don't forget the ironing board to help your clothes look sharp and spiffy.
As we explore the sleeping area, kindly note that each room is fixed with remote controlled lights and fans, as well as its own smart 55-inch TV (except for 1 of the Queen Bedrooms that has a 43” Smart TV).
The elegantly decorated master bedroom contains a king bed, sleeping two, with closets, so you can unpack and feel at home.
We continue down the hall, past the linen closet to the second bathroom with a spacious tub and shower. This bathroom also opens directly out to the pool. No need to walk through the house wet when you're done swimming and want to rinse off.
Two more bedrooms each holding a mirror, side tables and queen-sized beds each sleeping two guests, come next. One is a warm, sunny, yellow decorated space, with the other having a more sophisticated feel.
Allow the kids their own haven with two full beds, sleeping up to four guests, and a bit of funky art on the walls of their bedroom.
Whilst the house is not childproof, we do welcome kids and have provided a highchair and Pack n Play for their use. Additionally, we do have pool safety alarms on all the doors leading to the patio as well as a full pool fence available that you can put up during your stay.
Speaking of kids, why not release your inner child and play some pool or Skee Ball in the entertainment room. Alternatively, if you feel everyone is getting a tad too competitive, perhaps relax on the cozy, snug bean bag lying against a colorful, spunky backdrop.
It’s time to explore the great outdoors- you are in Sunny Florida after all!
When using the heated pool, you not only get the benefits of a comfortable temperature, but you help the environment with its solar powered heating. Don't worry, everyone will be safe while you watch the kids swim from the comfortable deck chairs. The pool fence is there for safety too.
Want the water, but not the swim? Why not try our relaxing hot tub? Please Note that the hot tub is only functional during the winter months. THERE IS NO OPERATIONAL HOT TUB FROM MAY - NOVEMBER. (Additionally, please note that the hot tub will be removed from the property after the end of the April 2023 colder season.)
When everyone is hungry after their swim, fire up the grill and eat lunch around the spacious table.
Before leaving the backyard, we have one more surprise. Few can resist the combination of a fresh breeze and the peaceful sound of chirping birds. While sitting in the wonderful little oasis beside the pool area, allow your mind to unwind. To wander. No thoughts, just a zen, natural experience.
Should the kids start getting a little rowdy, there is always the option of the beautiful park and colorful playground, which are just a couple hundred feet from the front door. Slides, swing sets and climbing contraptions make sure that they won’t get bored any time soon! Don’t worry, you have plenty of time, what with it being open to the public from 6am to 9pm daily.
And, very importantly for sustainability, the whole house uses only eco-friendly lighting.
