*Located at less than 30 minutes from Mont Tremblant & Mont Blanc, our chalet is more than perfect to relax after a long day in nature.
*With its 4 closed bedrooms, its 3 full bathrooms, its fully equipped kitchen, its Espresso coffee machine, its 2 living rooms with one offering a pool and pingpong table, the Havre de Paix chalet was designed to offer an unforgettable stay for everyone.
*Outside, you will love its huge backyard, its covered hot tub, its 360 degrees patio and its fireplace. We offer the firewood. We also have an EV charger.
*You will also have access to a natural climbing wall for the adventurers as well as a beautiful lake access.
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee
*****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs****
*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The cameras are located in front of the chalet pointing the parking and behind the chalet pointing the lake. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.
*TV*
We have two smart TVs in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.
*FIRE PIT*
There is an outside fire pit. We offer the firewood.
*KAYAKS*
You can rent kayak on the Kanata Domain between June-October
*WATER ACCESS*
Water access and embarcations (if applicable) are available May20th-Oct15th
**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.
2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.
4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee
5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.
6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.
7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. 10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable
11. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
12.****Our chalet is located in a new area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4 wheel drive car with winter tires in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.****
