This home offers a powder room downstairs, in the main living area, as well as two full and spacious bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs bathrooms each feature two sinks with plenty of counter space for everyone! In the upstairs guest bathroom, a large soaking tub equipped with both a handheld and stationary shower head convert this tub into a unique and inviting shower experience! In the master bathroom, an oversized walk-in shower features his and hers dual shower heads! Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are complimentary and provided in each bathroom. *It is important to note that there is no full shower downstairs, so the guests in downstairs bedrooms will need to use the full-bathrooms upstairs for this.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whip up your favorite dishes and dine together in the oversized dining area, with plenty of seating, and even a highchair for little ones!

Your stay would not be complete without experiencing this backyard oasis to seal the deal on this incredible vacation destination! Equipped with a beautiful, sparkling, heated pool and in-ground spa, overlooking the beautiful Golf Course, an outdoor entertainment space with SmartTV, and even a TikiBar with BBQ grill! This backyard boasts plenty of space for your large group, and tons of seating options to enjoy the beautiful views!
Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it may not be separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.
Our private, in ground spa is yours to enjoy at no extra cost from April 1- Oct 31, however, a $50/day fee applies for heating during the colder months from Nov 1- March 31 due to the increased energy costs to maintain temperature. To ensure your comfort, spa heating is available from 8 am to 10 pm PST. We do need to turn the heater on and off remotely for you, so please do not touch the pool equipment. Please plan ahead, as it takes approximately 1-3 hours for the in ground spa to reach the desired temperature, depending on weather and air temperature. For your safety and convenience, the heater will be switched off by 10 pm daily. Let us know if you'd like to enjoy the spa during your stay.
We also provide the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required. When heating the pool, spa heating is also included at no additional charge, though please note- due to limitations in the pool heating equipment, the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, so if you would like to utilize both during your stay we will first heat the pool to temperature, then only switch to the spa heater when you plan to use it, then back to the pool, as to not lose too much temperature in the pool.
Lastly, don't forget to mix a few cocktails and enjoy a delicious cookout under the stars. Fire up the flavors and unleash your inner grill master! Our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home and backyard. Please note there is no garage and no covered parking options. There is, however, a large driveway as well as a large gravel lot offering plenty of parking for your vehicles and toys!
We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer downstairs, located off the kitchen, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
