Spanning over 2 levels, the main house on the top level features 5 bedrooms, while the lower floor offers 3 self-contained units.

Indulge in endless fun with BBQ areas, an inbuilt trampoline, outdoor seating, a selection of board games and toasty firepit. When you're ready to cool off, take a refreshing dip in the nearby river!

The Space:
Prepare to be amazed as you arrive at Riverview Retreat! With the capacity to accommodate up to 23 guests, there's ample parking available for everyone. We will leave you to decide who gets the double garage.

The upper floor is awesome in size and design. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a 10-seater dining suite, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, laundry, study, 5 bedrooms and a huge deck.

Each bedroom has its own unique features, from stunning views to private TVs and plenty of storage space for personal belongings. Take your pick from a king-sized bed in the master suite, 2 long singles in one room, 2 queens, a double and a convenient double fold-out sofa. The long singles can also be joined to form a large king-sized bed if that is more suited to your requirements.

The main living space offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, a selection of board games and books, along with activities to keep the little ones entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, cookware, cutlery, modern appliances and even a pod machine.

Step out onto the upstairs deck from the living room and dining area to bask in the serene rural surroundings. It's the ideal place to savour the breathtaking river view backdrop, perhaps while whipping up a tasty BBQ.

But wait, there's more! Venture downstairs to discover 3 adjoining self-contained apartments. During your stay, these areas will be opened, allowing you to freely enjoy each space. However, they also offer the flexibility to be blocked off if desired.

Downstairs features 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas including a cosy theatre room and 3 separate, well-appointed kitchens. Each space provides direct access to the outdoorsy. You're never far from the fresh air and scenic views.

The backyard is hands down our favourite area! There's an additional BBQ, a toasty fire pit, sun loungers, outdoor seating, an inbuilt trampoline and direct access to the South Esk river.

This setup is perfect for those seeking a group getaway while still enjoying the option of privacy and personal space as desired.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to their self-contained apartment at any time via an electronic door code. Please note that the spa room is locked at all times.

Just a heads-up: The additional sleeping arrangements are 3 fold-out sofa beds found throughout the house. Feel free to use them, but please note that they won't be pre-made. Guests can find the linen in the cupboards. Thanks for your understanding.

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
