Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely home (170 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Mirão such as Quinta de Covela and Quinta da Porta Caseira! The train station is only a few minutes walk away from the house, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.

This house is designed withspacious living and dining areas with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking views of the lake. Featuring a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table big enough to accommodate eight people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal. The home also comes with a washer and ironing equipment, should you need them.

The four bedrooms feature single and queen beds, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The four bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as hair dryers. Fresh towels will also be provided for your convenience.

There’s also a private patio and pool area with seating where you can swim, lounge, and enjoy the stunning views. The property also features a boat dock where you can go boating.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to all the amenities in the house, garden, outdoor swimming pool and even access to Douro River and a canoe for two.

## Notes

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
