The apartment is located in a privileged area of ​​Barceloneta. From the balcony you can see the beach.
Located on the first floor of a residential building, it has everything you need for a long vacation.
The building does not have an elevator but the apartment is easily reached and there are few stairs to climb.
The apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child under 2 years old. It does not have the capacity to accommodate more people.
Everything is new and recently renovated. Upon entering the bedroom area is on the right, with a large double bed, large wardrobes, bedside tables and plenty of light. You can watch TV from the camera comfortably with a large screen.
The kitchen area is open, large and very equipped, we also have a clothes dryer and dishwasher. Spacious and very bright, the kitchen is the perfect place to eat and prepare the most delicious dishes. In the kitchen there is a large table for 4 people, with very comfortable, modern and very beautiful chairs. Access to a small balcony is ideal for sipping wine, having breakfast and taking in the views of the beach.
The living room area is spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable and modern sofa, tastefully decorated and lots of light, you can also watch the huge TV from the living room area.
The new bathroom, with a large shower and plenty of storage space, is perfect, comfortable and functional.
It really is a magical place, modern, equipped and very bright, with large windows overlooking a wonderful neighborhood such as Barceloneta, views of the beach.
This apartment is the perfect place to spend a work or study stay in Barcelona.

* As this is an apartment that is rented for stays of one month or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds of €7/day before arrival and we will adjust it upon departure with the utility bills, the guest will only pay for the electricity, water and gas they consume.
Public transport is very close: the metro and bus are just a few meters from the apartment.

One of the main attractions in La Barceloneta are its beaches, which are the longest, most renowned and most visited in the city. They are extremely lively and have excellent services.
The streets in La Barceloneta are singular, but pleasant. The neighborhood is packed with narrow alleyways that are flanked on both sides by old buildings, churches, stores and restaurants that look just as they did 200 years ago.
The part of La Barceloneta which is closest to the seaside is rather more contemporary, although the citizens maintain the old traditions and at sunset you can still observe how the fishing boats unload their catch and then auction the fish.
We recommend walking around the neighborhood and exploring its narrow streets to discover La Barceloneta’s unique charm. If you feel a little peckish, you can stop at one of its seafood restaurants and try its delicious fresh fish.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
