All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight. ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and other off-road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
• No loud outdoor noise is permitted between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. daily.
• Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 p.m.
• Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.
