Fully functional kitchen with supplies and appliances (tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.), washer and dryer with detergent, bathrooms equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten to pack.If you are tired of the bustling energy of the city, you can relax in the private green courtyard with barbecue. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit because there is also a hot tub for a fun evening with friends and family! Guests have access to a private garage, private backyard with hot tub and BBQ.

Other things to note
According to our policy all guests must provide information about themselves, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund.Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.
Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking.Pet fee is $10 per night per pet.
We offer travel cribs (for 0 18 month old babies) and bed rails. 5$ per one item per night. Please book them in advance.
***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $1000 ($1500 CAD if you bring pets).If smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
***Garbage***
Guests are responsible for removal of all their garbage from the premises upon check out and disposing of it at an appropriate waste facility. Any garbage left on the property will result in $15 CAD charge per bag.There is a $250 cleaning fee if there is garbage inside the HOT TUB or something is spilled into the TUB.

Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
