The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a reverse cycle air conditioner and an ensuite, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and bedroom 3, has 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower, separate toilet and a modern laundry with a front-end washing machine and a clothes dryer. There is an open plan, kitchen, dining and living area. A modern kitchen with fridge, 5 burner gas top with large electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery plus more. In the living area there is a reverse cycle air conditioner, large smart TV with sliding doors leading to the outdoor entertaining area. There is a separate comfortable media room with a smart TV. WiFi is connected. An outdoor entertaining area at the back of the house with an outdoor setting and a BBQ. The back area is fully fenced and dog proof. The back area could house a boat.A great home to come and enjoy the beach and the area with everything you require. linen and towels are not provided.PLEASE NOTE: LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided.
