The Space:
Gadhvi Farms by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful suburbs of Newtown, West of Geelong. 27 minutes away from the city of Ballarat and an hour's drive from Melbourne. The tiny house is situated on a flat piece of land behind the front right-hand side paddock of the property, offering a quiet and private retreat while remaining close to the main house.
Nearby destinations include Otway Fly Tree Walk and Otway Fly Treetop Adventures, approximately a 40-minute drive away, as well as Hare Krishna Valley and Stevenson’s Falls, both within a 40-50 minutes drive away.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. But will have limited access to the dam and our paddock with cattle. When roaming on the farm, little kids and children should be accompanied or supervised by an adult or parents.
As an added note, please don't go too close to cows or try to milk them without permission. We kindly ask guests to be respectful during their stay as the property is managed by an elderly couple.

- There are no pets or dogs on the property but we have some friendly cows
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We sell cow manure and dried cow dung cakes for xx per xxx and you use it for fire purposes
- Firewood availableata cost. Guests are welcome to join in the "Feeding time of cows".

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Farm guidelines
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep in mind that charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
