The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, 19-litre water-keg dispenser, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals inspired by local cuisine. Enjoy family meals around the large dining table.
The two well-appointed bedrooms overlook the outdoor area. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other has two single beds, suitable for children. For larger groups, an extra portable folding bed and a cot are available. The family bathroom includes a shower, bath, sink, and toilet.
Fort Chambray Place also includes an exclusive outdoor area with a charcoal barbecue and a six-seater dining table. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or the outdoor sofa with a glass of local wine and enjoy the sunset before unwinding in the hot tub.

Eco Tax in force from 1st June 2016 to be paid by all tourists over the age of 18 as follows: €0.50 per guest per night, capped at a maximum of 10 nights per stay (i.e. Eur 5.00 per guest). The tax contribution will be collected upon arrival by the property owner.
Other Ts and Cs?
All electricity and water consumption is included. But for Electricity this is capped at 45 units consumption per day, which is far more than enough. If this is exceeded, the extra units will be charged from their security deposit at the rate of 0.38c (including VAT) per unit.
Other 2?
For Air-condition/heating consumption guests will have to pay extra through a coin meter at the rate of 0.38c (including VAT) per unit of electricity. 2 euro and 1 euro coins can be changed during check-in.
