With its 45 m² of living space, the flat offers room for two to four people and impresses with its tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom and a cosy living room with pull-out couch.
Outside the flat, you will find a spacious balcony with an unobstructed panoramic view that invites you to daydream, especially at sunset. The sun-drenched terrace is furnished with comfortable garden armchairs and, together with the spacious sunbathing lawn, offers a wonderful outdoor retreat. Here you can read to your heart's content, have breakfast or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air. The special highlight in summer: a vegetable garden from which you can harvest fresh salad.
Thanks to the favourable location of the holiday flat in Maranza, the surrounding hiking trails, various excursion destinations and the Gitschberg-Jochtal ski area are within easy reach.
