Demitasse is the 1 to 2 bedroom guest suite of an elegant Caribbean style, 5000 sq. ft. villa called Tupacea.
Guests enjoy the entire space of Tupacea to themselves and Demitasse has been created specifically for very those very special honeymoon, baby moon and romantic couples getaways.
Should you add the 2nd adjoining bedroom -- the villa becomes great for small gatherings with good friends or holidaying with children.
Only 16km (10 miles)) from the Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ) you can be relaxing by the pool or on the private veranda sipping a cocktail soon after you land.
Within a private gated residential estate, on its own 3 1/2 acre sloping garden, the Villa's location is 500ft above sea level commanding breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.
As you enter the villa down a wide flight of old cut-stone steps the comfortable living room and connecting 110ft veranda greet you with breathtaking views across the lush gardens to the sea.
Rates listed are for the main guest bedroom only. This is air conditioned and features a luxurious king size Jamaican handmade bamboo 4-poster bed made up with 100% cotton sheets and has direct access to the pool deck and infinity pool for that early morning dip or lie-in bed with superb views over the garden to the sea beyond.
The optional second bedroom is smaller than the main bedroom but has all the same luxury features and direct access to the pool. There is a connecting door between the 2 bedrooms, which is ideal if you are holidaying with very young children.
The main bedroom is accessed by an internal staircase via the veranda and the 2nd bedroom can also be accessed via a flight of more cut stone steps leading from the upstairs deck.
Both en-suite bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer.
Dining can be on the veranda, the adjacent upstairs deck or by the pool – all with stunning views. The deck has a full sized BBQ and meals can be prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic cooking essentials.
Demitasse is all about relaxation with interiors of cool white, blues and green specifically designed to help you unwind. There are numerous areas to chill with Wi-Fi throughout.
The snug has a 70” Smart TV and small library (if you take a book - please leave one). There is a BOSE sound system and charging points everywhere.
Our super housekeeper Keneisha comes every day to tidy, clean and do laundry so there is no need to make your bed or do any housework during your stay.
There is also our maintenance man Peter who puts out the pool cushions for you every day, sorts out the bbq and generally assists around the property keeping it in immaculate condition.
The estate is perfect for walking (or running around) to explore the local tropical flora and fauna and is located close to the shops and beaches of Montego Bay. The World famous 7 Mile Beach in Negril is an easy hours drive away.
Montego Bay is less than 10 minutes from the Villa and has a number of supermarkets, shopping areas and has a variety of restaurants from high-end to local eateries all with a variety of different cuisines for you to sample. There are 3 excellent golf courses within a 20 mile radius.
