Set in Inca, in the heart of Mallorca, this villa with private pool welcomes 8 people.
This is a one-storey house of 220 m² with 4 air conditioned bedrooms. There are two rooms with double bed and two with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with a shower. The house offers a warm environment and it is a perfect choice for those who look for a relaxing holiday. In the living room with AC you can relax in the sofa and read a good book, surf the Internet, watch the Smart TV or the satellite TV ( only English and German channels) or take a siesta. The dining area has a big table and chairs to enjoy summer dinners with family and friends. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: vitro ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen appliances and a lot more. Of course you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space in front of the house to park 4 cars (2 of them can be covered).The outdoor is a fantastic place to make the most of your holiday. Have a tempting barbeque with your family and friends, swim in the private pool (10 x 5 meters) or just relax in the garden. The terrace 250 m² is furnished with a wooden table and 6 chairs. The pool is surrounded by sun beds to bask in the Mediterranean sun.Inca is right in the centre of the island, but it is very accessible. It is a rural area, settled by local people so tourism is not the main activity of the area. In Inca you will be able to find facilities as supermarket, ATM, surgery, hospital, bars and restaurants. The town is famous for leather products! Manacor, home town of Rafa Nadal, is just 30 minute drive and there are a big variety of shops. It is famous for its pearl factory!A 25 minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a sunny day in a white sand and shallow crystalline water beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of your day having a cocktail at sunset! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the calm of Playa de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the coast of Alcúdia and Pollença, where you will be able to discover an amazing amount of different coves! Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
