Great house with private pool, beautiful garden areas and near the sea in Muro, in Norther Mallorca. It has capacity for 6 guests.
The beautiful chlorine pool highlights at the outside. Its 7,50 x 4 metres measured and 1,40 to 1,80 depth make it perfect for a dip or maybe a swim to start the day with energy. After the bath, the sunbeds are idea to sunbathe, and the surrounding green lawn area is the place where the little ones can play and take it easy. Once by the house you will find a beautiful furnished porch to spend great moments with your family and loved ones. You can have a drink in the evening or have lunch at the outdoors dining area where you can also taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The property also features a tennis court so that you can organise family tournaments and enjoy exercising with your family. The property is fenced and there are some neighbours around.This great accommodation has 250 m² and one floor. It is decorated in a simple but welcoming and it has everything for a comfortable stay, so you will feel at home for sure. The main room is an open space shared by the kitchen the living room and the dining room. The living area features 2 comfortable couches where you can watch satellite TV while refreshing with the air conditioning. It also has a fireplace to warm in the coldest days. The dining table has capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is separated by a bar and it features with everything you may need to cook during your vacation: a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric oven,... The laundry area is independent and it presents a washer, an iron and an ironing board. After a long beach day our guests can choose among three bedrooms to rest. The first bedroom has a double bed and a shower en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom presents two single beds and the last one has another double bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have an armchair each one. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. A second bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a toilet with a basin and a WC complete this accommodation.This wonderful house is located in a very quiet rural environment which will delight those who want to rest and disconnect during their stay. Nevertheless, the beach of Can Picafort is very close to the house, only 3 km away. It is a wonderful family and friendly beach, with fin sand and crystalline waters, where you can also practice water sports, have a walk along the beach or the promenade, or have a cocktail while admiring the sunset. You will find all services in the town: superares, shops, bars, restaurants,..From the house you can got to other beautiful beaches in the North like Puerto de Alcudia, Alcanada, Port de Pollença or Formentor. You will evoque the medieval age in the old town of Alcudia, with its wall and it narrow streets. You cannot miss either the charming promenade in Port de Pollença.There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
