Location
This lovely terraced house with private pool is located in Llubí, in the centre-north of Mallorca and welcomes 8 people.
The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool, an exterior shower, six sun loungers for sunbathing and a furnished porch where you can make a BBQ with friends. There's an old well which formerly provided the house with water, but actually it's dried up. The 7.5mx 3.5m pool has a depth ranging from 1.2m x 1.8m and a staircase lead you to a furnished terrace, where you can eat al-fresco. This terrace gives access to a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. The sitting-dining room with television (only German channels) is very comfortable. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This floor has one bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with a wardrobe, as well as one bathroom with bath tub. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a non-furnished terrace. There is also a toilet. A cot, a high chair, a fan and five electric radiators are available. In addition, the living room and all bedrooms, except the one with a bunk bed, offer air conditioning.Llubi is a small town located in the centre-north of Mallorca, about 15 minutes (by car) away from the coast and beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The centre of Llubi offers a grocery shop, restaurants and cafés. In the evening you can take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Surroundings
Mallorca is the largest island of the Balearic Islands, here you think of beach resorts, but there are more ways to enjoy the coast and inland, especially in autumn and winter, when the large groups of tourists are gone and the temperature is therefore more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week in the Tramuntana mountain range in the west of Mallorca, walking or cycling. Or you visit a winery in the center of the island where you can try local traditional wines. Visit a farm by bike or walking, here you can learn how to make sobrasada or mallorquin pork sausages. You will find great places to eat here. The chefs of Mallorca use traditional recipes adapted to modern tastes. There are six Michelin star restaurants on the island. This famous enthusiasm for the local cuisine can also be seen in the other restaurants on Mallorca.
Even though you have been to the island several times, there is always something to discover, especially if you enter the lush inland or explore the spectacular coastline.
Normally the beach season starts in May until the end of October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the walnut tree is in bloom. Outside the hottest months of July and August, the Balearic Islands are an ideal place for an active holiday, where you can see everything if you are interested in plants and birds, or if you want to discover the local culture.
While many beach resorts close during the winter months, Mallorca is an ideal holiday destination all year round. If you want to do more than lie on the beach, take advantage of the low winter prices and enjoy the taste of real life on the Balearic Islands.
