The Mississippi neighborhood has quickly become one of Portland's most coveted foodie areas, with such names as ¿Por Qué No?, Tasty & Sons, Prost!, Gravy, Blue Star Donuts, Mee Sen Thai, Interurban and more just steps away from the house! And with easy access to the Overlook MAX station, getting downtown is super easy, too; be there in less than twenty minutes! As mentioned throughout the listing, this home is one block from I-5 and is not the best fit for those sensitive to background noise.

* There is a steam shower in this home. It is NOT to be used by children without adult supervision. A video link on how to use the shower can be found in the house guide that you will be sent prior to arrival.
* The heated towel rack in the master bathroom gets very HOT! Please use caution when using this and ensure you turn it off when not in use.
* IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.
* This house is not ADA accessible
* There are stairs to the front, as well as stairs to the upper bedrooms
* This is a duplex unit, and there are long-term residents in the other unit.
* This is a fully private rental!
* There is only street parking at this house, and it can be difficult. No need for a car here!
* There will be cameras installed on the outside of this house, not the inside.
* For all high season weekends (May - Sept) and holidays/holiday weekends, we do have a 3 night minimum.
