*Pool and spa (8 pool towels provided) The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $90.00 per day (2 day minimum and must be consecutive days). You must contact us at least two days prior, as depending on the time of the year it takes a few days for the pool to heat to temperature. There is no extra charge to heat the spa, as it is on demand heating. In the cooler months the spa can take a couple of hours to heat up.

Entire home is private to the guest staying. Guests will be given a designated code for their stay the day of arrival.

**Guests will be required to provide the names of all guests staying at the property at the time of booking for access to the home during your stay. All Visitors to the property must be approved in advance and is at the hosts discretion. You must contact us to request approval of any non-guest visitors. **

*The home has a steep, narrow driveway. If parking in the detached garage in front of the home there are several steps up to the house from this area. You can walk up the hill to avoid the steps if preferred.
*There are decibel meters/crowd detectors located both inside and outside the home.
* There is a Nest doorbell camera located at the front door.
