NEW LISTING - capture lasting memories and have fun with family and friends at a large lake house! Our family has loved coming to Pine Lake for over 35 years and so can you and your family. You can enjoy the beautiful and clean lake, the fresh air, and the wonderful starry nights. Pine Lake is approximately 144 acres with a sand bar (currently underwater) that separates two sides.
Our lake house has a large lakefront with a sandy beach and pier with a bench seat, great for fishing off of for bluegill, crappie, bass, northern, and more. For your enjoyment and convenience, we have included many amenities and extras, EVERYTHING needed to make our home, your home for your stay! Your rental includes: fresh bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, a 6 x 18 foot floating Lilly pad, 8 x 10 ft Otter raft, stand-up paddle board and life jackets of all sizes. There is a highchair, toddler bed, and 2 pack n plays available upon request. There is a large outside upper and lower deck to relax, play games, and enjoy the lake view in the sun or shade, with lawn chairs and furniture.
The main level is complete with a spacious living room including a gas fireplace. There is an open concept kitchen and dining area, a sun/coffee room with large windows and beautiful lake views. This home includes EIGHT sleeping areas with two on the first floor (master bedroom with a King bed and a daybed with window blinds in the sun room), three bedrooms on the 2nd level. (One with a King bed, one with a Queen bed and bunk beds (upper/lower singles) and one room with 2 single beds (trundle bed), plus three in the lower level (one private bedroom with a Queen bed, a bunk room with 2 Queens & 2 singles, and a futon and sofa sleeper in the lower living room). There are full bathrooms on all levels with an additional half bath on the first level. House comes with higher speed internet and has a large TV in the main level living room and in the lower level living room, and one in the master bedroom.
In the front of the home you will find a front patio with comfy chairs, picnic table, LP fire place and large Weber grill (with LP included). Directly across the street are four lots for car parking and includes a volleyball court and an outdoor fire pit (with the wood provided). The grandkids love to play baseball and kickball in the area across the road and basketball in the driveway with balls and toys available to use. For your enjoyment we have also provided two corn hole board sets and a giant Jenga game that are great to play in the evening.
We provide toilet tissue, paper towels, a supply of hand and dish soap and soap for the dishwasher and wash machine, plus some basic spices so you can mainly focus on bringing your clothes (don't forget your swimsuit), food and drink. There are two refrigerators conveniently located to allow good space for your food and drink. The only other EXTRA would be if you want to rent a premium pontoon boat - 22 foot newer Bennington with 115 HP Yamaha motor that seats up to 13 people - $1,200 for a week, plus the gas used (a similar pontoon rents locally for $1,500+ from Mark’s Quality Marina or Becker Marina). Our pontoon rental also includes the use of two (2) water towing tubes, a pair of water ski's, and a knee board for no additional charge.
Pine Lake is a “no wake” from 5 pm to 10 am to allow for some quiet time and opportunity to use non-motorize watercraft. Be sure to take in a beautiful sunset on a cocktail cruise at slow no wake speeds. The lake house is only 45 minutes west of Oshkosh and has many wonderful restaurants nearby, golf courses, and other attractions with a book of suggestions onsite. The home is also located in a very low traffic area with many safe places to walk or bike and nearby parks with tennis/pickleball courts and playgrounds.
We try to be pet friendly and allow for up to a total of two (2) well behaved and potty trained dogs per rental (a $200 fee applies for each dog). We just ask that guests take total responsible for their dogs, watch their dogs closely, pick-up after them, and not allow on the furniture (without a blanket down first).
