The space
Th house is a 3 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom, single story home in a quiet family friendly community. As you arrive to the home you'll find a lightly sloped driveway that easily accommodates 2 cars and a 2-car garage that's perfect for storing your bikes & motorcycles. As you enter the home you're greeted with a cozy living area with a gas fireplace. The living room is well lit and furnished with comfortable seating, soft rug, and a 58' Roku smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or games.
From the living you open right up to the fully stocked kitchen that can accommodate all of your cooking needs. We have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, small and large appliances, etc. We also have a beverage bar with coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Beside the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 4.
The master bedroom has plenty of space with a king sized bed and his and her closets. It has the master bath with everything you need.
Bedroom 2 & 3 both have queen size beds, walk-in closets, and share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway as well. The full bath has a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels for everyone.
In the laundry room we leave a few pods & dryer sheets for guests in case you need to take care of some laundry while you're away.
In the backyard you'll find a covered back patio , large fenced yard, and a 15x30ft pool surrounded by a gate for protection. NO ONE UNDER 28 ALLOWED IN THE POOL WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

*Please park in driveway or garage
*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
*Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
*There is NO Smoking/Vaping of tobacco or marijuana within 25 feet of the house. If you must smoke, please do so around the most distant fire pit and discard of your trash. There are outside cameras. Failure to adhere to this rule will be a deduction from your security deposit.
*Please reports any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we may repair or replace the item. We understand that accidents happening but need to be notified.
*Please DO NOT Move furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
*No Eating or drinking in the Bedrooms
*Please do not overstuff the washer/Dryer. If clothes are full of mud, please wash off outside and then place into washer. Clean out dryer lint after each load.
*Please turn off electronics and lock all doors every time you leave the house
*Our home is appropriate for children, however, nothing is childproof. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Please do not let your children or others climb of the deck rails, they are not meant for that and accidents will likely happen.
*NO children in the pool without an adult present.
*Pets are NOT permitted inside the house. If you have an outside pet, you must clean up after them. If you have a service animal, you are responsible for any damages and extra cleaning needed. If there is evidence of a pet being inside the home or damage done, you will lose your security deposit.
*Please treat our home as your would treat your own!
*We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that happen on the property.
You do not have to clean the house.
Please shut off all electrics and lock the doors when you exit the property
