Morovis is a dynamic easily accessible city with a rich history. Originally settled by Germans it hosts the best Oktoberfest on the island. Morovis is considered a central island mountain region, but is easy to get to without the treacherous mountain roads so many places in Puerto Rico have. Get out and enjoy local restaurants with unforgettable vistas or go on a chinchorreo though the mountain gastropubs.
THIS IS A MOUNTAIN PROPERTY. You will be driving on country unpaved roads with steep grades. It is essential to have a vehicle when coming to the property and HIGHLY reccomend a SUV if you are not well versed in driving in the mountains. Driving in the mountains is not for the faint of heart and requires some skill. Acceleration at the base of the hill and not at the middle of incline is crucial. Avoid driving in ruts created by other cars and drive on grassy areas instead of rocks whenever possible. If you are a nervous driver this place is not for you. There is plenty of parking on the property. Refunds will not be given for people who are anxious mountain drivers.
I believe it is essential for the guest to have their own transportation to both get to the property and to get around town.
