Welcome to our fully renovated, cozy 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Santurce, just half a block from the lively Calle Loíza! One of the best features of our apartment is the free and gated parking for your rental car, which is a huge convenience in an area where street parking is scarce. While the living room area is small, this charming second-floor unit accommodates up to 4 guests and is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant local culture.
Situated half a block from Calle Loíza, you’ll have a plethora of restaurants (Puerto Rican, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Korean, and more), yoga studios, laundromats, beauty salons, bars, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, grocery stores, among others, at your fingertips.
The famous Ocean Park Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The apartment is conveniently located only 10-15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Old San Juan, and 45 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest. Located in a local community, guests can truly experience the vibrant Puerto Rican culture.
The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Both bedrooms have their own A/C units and ceiling fans. For those who need to work, there is a dedicated desk/workstation available. Entertainment is covered with three TVs – one in the living room and one in each bedroom – and excellent internet connectivity, supported by both fiber optic and Starlink services for redundancy. The apartment boasts 12' high, tastefully wooden ceilings, adding to the cozy and elegant atmosphere.
We provide bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your convenience.
