Fully equipped with Range Master Cooker, air fryer, microwave, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all important Nespresso Coffee Machine with complimentary pods and stacked with everything you could need for your stay and every occasion, It has plenty of high quality kitchenware, glasses, cups, cutlery.
Adjoining through the arched doorway is the cosy dining room with stunning Golden Calacutta extendable dining table, mood setting lighting and patio doors that lead onto the outdoor dining area.
SLEEPING...
Sleeps up to 14 guests across a middle floor and top floor is 6 Dreamy Bedrooms named after local Cotswold villages you will be spoilt for choice.
The Master Bedroom with ensuite named BATH is the ultimate indulgence with the most amazing Huge Emperor bed wrapped in the the most luscious bedding you won't want to get out of bed and breakfast in bed is a must, also has a small sofa to sit and watch some TV or take some time out it has dual windows for beautiful views of countryside and the village. It also has ensuite with shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 named SHERSTON has a gorgeous Super King Size Bed adorned with 5* Egyptian cotton bedding with large bedside tables and hanging rail for your clothes.
Bedroom 3 named CASTLE COMBE is a Childs dream with amazing Castle bunk bed with slide for the ultimate fun and led light show with remote control to make their own choice of lighting for both bunks the children will love their stay in the castle, the steps to the top bunks have pull out drawers for clothing and personal belongings and there is also a small hanging rail for clothes, its also filled with other fun things to keep them entertained including rocking horse, ball pit, books and toys.
Bedroom 4 named BURTON is located on the 2nd Floor with its own staircase leading up to it it has a great view over the village, With zip linked super king size bed it is separated into 2 single beds but can be put together into the super king upon request. It also has an additional single bed and hanging rail for clothes.
Bedroom 5 named BADMINTON is located on the second floor and is light and airy with stunning field views. This has a super comfy beautiful Double Bed with bronze bedside tables, also in here you will find a further single bed, 2 wardrobes and a dressing table with smart TV.
Bedroom 6 named Malmesbury is also located on the second floor and oozes romance, charm and a touch of gold with sloping low level romantic ceilings. It features a stunning gold four poster bed, gorgeous lamps, floor to ceiling mirror, dressing table with smart TV and hanging rail for clothes.
BATHING...
There is downstairs WC with sink vanity unit which also houses the washing machine.
On the middle floor there is a stunning ensuite for the BATH Room.
Also on the middle floor is the gorgeous family bathroom located in-between the CASTLE COMBE Room and SHERSTON Room with Free Standing stone bath, Vanity unit with space for toiletries, Toilet and Shower and plenty of fluffy towels.
On the second floor is the other family bathroom located in-between BADMINTON AND MALMESBURY Rooms it has a deep bath, vanity unit and toilet.
OUTSIDE SPACE...
There is plenty of lush green outdoor space with lots of trees and a very large flat grass area great for playing games, picnics and taking time out. Also is a trampoline with enclosed net for children, max 2 children at a time, there is also a flat platform tree house overlooking the field for children to take some time out and enjoy the Cotswold sights.
You will also find the courtyard ding area lined in stunning Cotswold brick with with festoon lighting above you to see the evenings in, with large outdoor table with bench seating either side and 2 carver chairs and a stunning panasol with retractable roof so that you can decide how much sun you would light it is also shower proof for those light showers its perfect for alfresco dining..
Here you also have the ultimate luxury of a Hot Tub that over looks the beautiful garden and fields where you can play or relax day or night.
The extra large drive also boasts amazing festoon lighting setting a stunning nighttime lighting seen from the garden and most rooms of the house.
