It has high-speed internet, parking, two swimming pools, plus a rooftop with a pool and ocean views, gym, and yoga space.
This amazing property is open and airy with great common spaces. The kitchen and dining space is large and inviting providing you all the appliances you'll need to prepare a great meal.
You will find two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a Queen bed and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom along with the main living area have their own AC unit, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
At the living room there is a very comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV. As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.
The property boasts two pool common areas.
You will have access to the entire property including the private beach club
across the street. It's a 1 minute walk from the beach club to the public sandy
beach in front of the Sunscape Resort and another 2 minute walk to the Bikini
Beach Bar where you can sip your favorite tropical drinks and enjoy great local
food. The wide public and sandy beach is perfect for families and the ocean
there is great for swimming with little or no rocks.
Gorgeous views of the rugged rocks and reef that protect the coastline, in contrast with the lush preserved vegetation along the on-site walking trails. Enjoy a sampling of the unique flora and fauna of the region at the very doorstep of your home.
It can be an advantage to rent a vehicle while staying at this property so that you can visit all parts of the Mayan Riviera including Akumal, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Taxis are available but more limited and more expensive.
