With spacious accommodation for 2 guests, this is a perfect location for a Bondi Beach break when you want somewhere spacious to unwind at the end of each busy day. Set in an older building, this apartment has some beautiful historic features throughout such as ornate plaster ceilings and beautiful wooden floors.
Larger than average for 1 bedroom apartments in the area, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with all bedding supplied.
This apartment has everything a holiday visitor may need such as a fully-equipped kitchen, wifi, all bedding and towels for example, and we try hard to keep it in a condition we would expect when renting a holiday apartment ourselves. There is a washing machine in the apartment and additionally coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the communal laundry at the rear of the property.
There is no parking with the apartment and all street parking in the area is time restricted to 1 or 2 hours before having to move your car during weekday working hours so we STRONGLY recommend guests do not come with cars. Parking spaces by the day may be available to rent in the area and for guests that must have a car we recommend checking parking rental websites such as Parkhound.
We need to advise prospective guests that a house directly adjacent to this apartment is being demolished and rebuilt between February 2024 and April 2025. During this time there may be some noise transmission Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. If you are coming to Bondi to be a tourist and expect to be out during the daytimes exploring the city, then this may well not effect you too much but we wanted to make guests aware in advance so they can make an informed decision before booking. We are also advised that between April and June 2024 the lobby and common areas in this building will be renovated but they are a relatively a small area and we don't expect this will cause major impact beyond minor inconvenience or noise outside of tradesman hours. Already-advertised prices have been dropped to compensate.

Please note this is strictly a no smoking apartment. From street level guests must climb a a half flight of stairs to the apartment.
All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and property information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket, bus stops and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment. As we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the external rubbish area when they leave.
Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the property and how to ensure you get a 5 star review.
Please note, guests are to sleep beds only; using the sofa as a bed is not accepted. If it seems guests have used the sofa as an additional bed then furniture cleaning and sanitation charges will apply.
